eMSPathLight

There are approximately 240 million 911 calls placed each year, or 600,000 each day, and 80% of those calls are made from a cell phone.

eMSPathLight is an advanced visual, audible, and mobile app-enabled technology solution specifically designed to reduce EMS/911 fire, police, ambulance, and air rescue “on-scene” arrival times.  There is no other solution or device on the market that compares with eMSPathLight, which will forever change the way EMS responds to an emergency scene.

After receiving a 911 call, the eMSPathLight device located on the exterior of any structure visually and audibly guides emergency responders to their destination faster and more accurately, providing the quickest possible response time(s). Installed directly on homes, apartments, and/or commercial buildings, it provides direct visual and audible signals to guide EMS teams to an exact address or emergency scene—much like a lighted runway provides visual guidance for pilots.

EMS (fire, police, ambulance, and air rescue) lack a definitive “visual” location indicator when approaching the terminal phase of any emergency scene. EMS spends critical time working to “pinpoint” a scene, such as a specific house, apartment, and/or commercial building, even with the assistance of GPS guidance tools. EMS often pass up a scene, requiring them to “double-back” in an attempt to locate a specific scene. Nighttime is particularly challenging, and EMS often needs to resort to utilizing manual spotlights or flashlights to locate a specific address or scene.

By eliminating the misidentification of an emergency scene and thus reducing response times, eMSPathLight ensures critical life-saving seconds are saved. This leads to safer, more effective emergency outcomes.

Bridging the gap between technology and the manual arrival of emergency services, we are committed to transforming safety and saving lives—one eMSPathLight installation at a time.

PRODUCT DETAILS

eMSPathLight provides reduced emergency response “on-scene” times by providing high-visibility visual and audible guidance to “pinpoint” specific locations. It features an array of high-intensity dome lights, each enclosed within its own individual light dome, ensuring a broad spectrum and powerful illumination skyward. In addition, there are two sets of high-intensity adjustable strobe light banks providing variable light pathways to the street level (in addition to skyward). eMSPathLight also houses powerful audible alerts that enhance and accompany the high-intensity lighting to ensure an emergency scene is located both visually and audibly.

To accommodate various mounting options, eMSPathLight includes affixable screw mounts, a strong magnet, and adhesive pads, allowing it to be securely positioned in different environments and on various surface types. An embedded communication device and mobile app-enabled system enable seamless connectivity for mobile use. eMSPathLight has multiple patented power sources that include being hard-wired and/or battery-powered, ensuring uninterrupted operation. When activated, the system is cloud-based to communicate between a mobile phone and the eMSPathLight device which can optionally be turned on/off.

eMSPathLight also provides a separate and distinct wearable device. This application can be used while hiking, boating, skiing, or in any other remote areas. The eMSPathLight wearable is engineered for ease of use and portability and provides visual and audible output so EMS/rescuers can visually and audibly acquire an individual’s location when lost. This is particularly useful when being searched for by air, where rescuers often miss stranded individuals on the ground simply due to being unable to visually see them. The eMSPathLight wearable is worn similar to a wrist watch and ensures visibility from multiple angles. Its reflective front face surface, combined with high-intensity strobe lighting, provide attention-grabbing visual and audible signals to emergency rescue personnel. The eMSPathLight wearable is powered by a strong, rechargeable lithium-ion battery, which ensures extended operational time. Like its fixed-location counterpart, the eMSPathLight wearable connects wirelessly to any mobile phone for activation.

Both versions of eMSPathLight represent a significant advancement in emergency response time-to-scene technology. Both solutions ensure rapid “pinpoint” visual and audible location of emergency scenes and individuals in need of EMS/rescue assistance. By integrating high-intensity lighting, sound alerts, and smart connectivity, both the fixed version and the wearable version of eMSPathLight significantly enhance “pinpointing” any emergency scene. Whether mounted in a fixed location or worn for mobility, eMSPathLight provides EMS/rescuers the critical advantage of quicker on-scene times and reduced response times, leading to significant on-scene times in emergency situations.
