The Absorbent Spreader is a hardware accessory that is used for spreading absorbent material (clay compounds) over spills of oil, automotive fluids, water, grease, etc. on concrete floors. The absorbent is distributed from a chute at the bottom front of the container and spread over the spill by attached brushes.

The container has a release button on the handle that controls the amount of clay dispersed, and the clay is spread over a specific area. This prevents the spreading of absorbent over areas where it is not needed.
