Porta Partner™

 

 

The Porta Partner™ wet saw system addresses the issues associated with water availability in below freezing or winter-like conditions. Porta Partner™ is an on-demand water system used for wet sawing concrete, asphalt, or any other dust producing materials. It is equipped with a 12 volt, deep cycle battery, 12 volt on-demand pump, on-board charging system and a thermostatically controlled heater. When the tank is plugged into a 110 volt outlet, it starts the charging system and turns off automatically when the battery is fully charged. The tanks come with the thermostat set to a 75-80 degree water temperature. Porta Partner™ tanks are equipped with two hose ports for multiple saws to conveniently operate at once. Every tank is made of 3/16 aluminum to resist corrosion.

 

Porta Partner™ units come with two 1/4” to 3/8” non-kinking (under pressure) hoses. There are three different length hoses: 100’, 50’ and 25’, which can be extended to about 300 feet if needed. A form fitting, insulated blanket for all size tanks, which has a convenient access point, makes the tank functional in all-weather types.
