The Weight Bar Foot Plate Device™ was designed for performing leg presses safely. It includes a plate and a set of couplers. The plate’s base is designed to position a user’s feet supinely beneath the plate, allowing the user to perform a leg press exercise. The couplers attached to the plate’s top are designed to connect the plate to a weight bar of a Smith Machine, with the plate’s bottom positioned below the weight bar.
