The Odorless Toilet System (OTS) represents a breakthrough in bathroom hygiene, offering the first truly effective and affordable solution to eliminate toilet odors directly at the source. The OTS ventilated seat assembly combined with a powerful and quiet centrifugal exhaust fan captures and removes odors from the toilet bowl before they are released into the bathroom and home environment, greatly improving bathroom hygiene and overall indoor air quality.

The OTS comes in retrofit and built-in versions. The retrofit version is designed to fit the 300 million+ existing toilet fixtures in the U.S. and is as easy to install as changing any normal toilet seat. The built-in OTS is designed for the 10 million+ new construction and renovation installations in the U.S. each year. Installation of the built-in OTS is similar to installation of a normal bathroom exhaust fan.

The OTS ventilated seat, vent coupler and vent tube are common to the retrofit and built-in versions. The retrofit version eliminates odors by drawing them from the bowl to a fan box and through an activated charcoal filter sized to capture virtually 100% of the odors. The built-in version draws odors from the bowl through a wall-mounted fan box and expels the odors to the outside, similar to a bathroom exhaust fan.

The OTS offers a simple, effective and affordable solution to a common problem, making it an essential addition to any modern bathroom.

PRODUCT DETAILS

The Odorless Toilet System is designed to maintain a fresh and hygienic bathroom environment by effectively removing unpleasant odors at their source. The core components include a ventilated toilet seat with hinges and vent couplers, a hose attachment, and an exhaust fan housing unit. When assembled, these components work together seamlessly to capture and expel odors directly from the toilet bowl area, preventing them from dispersing into the bathroom and home.

To assemble the OTS, the ventilated seat is attached to the toilet bowl using the two-bolt, 5-1/2” spaced attachment holes found on all standard toilet fixtures. The OTS seat consists of two pieces creating a ventilation space within the seat to draw air efficiently from the toilet bowl to the vent coupler beside the hinges. The OTS seat can be configured with a vent coupler beside the right or left hinge or both. Then connect one end of the vent tube attachment to the vent coupler and the other end to the fan box.

The fan box for the retrofit version of the OTS is connected to the vent tube from the OTS seat and draws air from the bowl through a large activated charcoal filter which adsorbs the odors completely. The retrofit fan box contains the filter, a 4-1/4” centrifugal fan, a rechargeable battery and an electronic control unit (ECU). The retrofit version requires occasional battery charging and periodic filter replacement.

With the built-in version of the OTS, the vent tube connects to the fan box mounted in the wall behind the toilet fixture and expels odors to the outside similar to any bathroom fan. The built-in version of the OTS is completely maintenance-free.

The ECU controls the retrofit and built-in versions using manual on/off, a motion and infrared sensor and off-timer which can be configured to user preferences. The ECU for the retrofit version is integral to the fan box and also contains battery charging functions. The ECU for the built-in version is mounted in the wall over the toilet tank.

Combining the OTS seat design with proper air flow volume and user-friendly control functions, odors are completely evacuated from the toilet bowl and disposed of.  With its innovative design and simplicity, this OTS system effectively addresses a problem that affects households and commercial spaces alike, keeping bathroom air clean and pleasant while providing a level of hygiene, comfort and improved indoor air quality that was previously unattainable. The OTS system is more than just a step forward in bathroom design—it’s a quantum leap that will redefine bathroom standards for comfort, hygiene, and convenience.
